In the spirit of recycling, which is what it is all about
for me, Solmate Sock rugs are made from the sock seconds and textile waste that occurs in the production of Sol Mate Socks.
Instead of sending all the socks that had imperfections, and all the toe clips cut off in seaming the toe, to the landfill,
they get sent to Crazy as a Loom Weaving Studio. Thus begins the process of cutting up the defective socks, and looping
them all together. Solmate Sock rugs come in many colors. They are cotton, and the colors are vibrant. They are soft and wonderful to walk on.
They are lime green, sage green, purple,lavender, rust, hot pink, orange, turquoise, royal blue, red and burgundy. The
stock sizes are the 'generous' 2'x3', the 2' x 4', 29"x60",and the 4'x6', but they
can be custom ordered to any size. The
rugs are one of a kind, yet the same. The colors are mixed randomly, so there is no choice of colors. Browse photos
